We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that make it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to give us 24 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your scheduled session. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and will extend your session if time permits.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and we are willing to make exceptions to our cancellation policy in these cases. If you have a family emergency or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment.
